I am taking a red eye from L.A. to Pitts with my 2 kids. I’m still breastfeeding so medication is out of the question (most people tell me to take xanax). I recently bought a book on fear of flying and an audio book for the car. But I just saw a recent unexplained crash on AirFrance and know I am over the top with flight jitters, help!!!!!
