Each day that goes by leading up to going on vacation to the philppines at the end of May is draining me due to anxiety of the flight.
I really want to go and have good reasons to because Im going to see my boyfriend who I love.

I havent bought the tickets yet, but I need to make this decission within a few weeks to just do it and get over my anxieties of flying. I bought a audio CD on aniety relief that Im waiting for in the mail. I also thought about going to the doctor to see if he can prescribe me with something mild for the days leading up to the trip, cuz this is really making me nervous just thinking about it. Will xanax work for me on this close to 20hour flight? Also, does anyone know what other options I have on this subject. thanks.

now neither of us are drug users, so get this out of your head. lol. i have known people who take them with a rx and i have known people who just take them recreationally and buy them on the streets. that is not cool and kinda scary. but here is the deal, she has anxiety and mood swings from hell. we researched it and see that xanax is prescribed for bipolar disorder and anxiety and depression. she has all of that. i just have anxiety, so i take celexa. one pill daily. she took one of mine one night to see if gave her any relief, it made her anxiety worse.the other day, i found a half of a xanax bar i was given to me by my aunt along time ago, she took it and said it made her remarkably calm. like she has never felt before. well we both think it would be a good idea for her to go to a dr and see about getting a rx for them. but i hear it is hard to get that kind of a script. because of the street use of them. well, she needs them. its not for pleasure or a high.does anyone have any thoughts on how she could get a dr to give her a rx for them without any problems. one time i mentioned to my dr, what about a rx for valiums for when my anxiety attacks happen and she was very against it. she said they are addictive. any ideas on how she can talk her dr into giving her a rx for xanax would be great. thanks.

It came in sealed pill pop out container. It does say Alproazlam on it, but also Anxinil,and Buspirone. I have heard of the first but not the second. I have had alot of success buying on the net but the one I use to use “pillbar” has gone out of busines.
