Each day that goes by leading up to going on vacation to the philppines at the end of May is draining me due to anxiety of the flight.
I really want to go and have good reasons to because Im going to see my boyfriend who I love.
Last year I was suspose to go to see my brother in Seattle and I made the trip partially and backed out after I flew to philly because of an anxiety attack before the 2nd flight to seatte took off.
I never took medications before, but I have recently seen my doctor and told him my situation and he precribed me xanax and told me I would be fine. I havent bought the tickets yet, but I need to make this decission within a few weeks to just do it and get over my anxieties of flying. I bought a audio CD on aniety relief that Im waiting for in the mail. I also thought about going to the doctor to see if he can prescribe me with something mild for the days leading up to the trip, cuz this is really making me nervous just thinking about it. Will xanax work for me on this close to 20hour flight? Also, does anyone know what other options I have on this subject. thanks.

Today in school, (I’m in high school) I was planning on buying 10mg of Xanax (Alprazolam) for $20. Well what happened was instead I bought 40mg of hydroclorothiazide, which is a used to lower high blood pressure and has no recreational use at all, for $20. When I got home I went to the URL below to find out what a pill is if you like find it on the ground or something and it showed that it was indeed hydroclorothiazide. I was ripped off. They told me they were Xanax. Boy was I pissed. But anyways, my question is I am going to go to school tomorrow and try to get my money back. But I don’t know the best way to go about it? Oh, and by the way, the person i bought them from was a GIRL, and I am a GUY. So I don’t want to use physical force against her, but… I WILL get my $20 back one way or the other, I am just wondering which is the best way to go about it. I take Xanax for my anxiety and Adderall for school, and Im going to be in China for a year. I was already told that Adderall I will not be able to find over there, which is fine, because I can get Concerta over there (which isnt as good but will make due) and now Im wondering if they have Xanax, because I really need that to LIVE.
