Pretty sure you still have to have a prescription.
I tried medication for anxiety, but it gave me severe mood swings. I had to get off of it, then went through withdrawls, so had to take it again and decrease slowly.
What ended my anxiety is, I had to take a serious look at what was causing my anxiety. Most people, from what I know, can pin point a situation or occurrence that causes them anxiety. For me, it was a relationship with a certain woman or women for that matter. My anxiety started in 1998 and ended in 2005. I’d go through periods of severe anxiety that would keep me from doing just about everything. What I did was, remove myself from the situations. I stopped seeing women and worked on getting myself back together. I didn’t take medication. I worked on getting plenty of sleep, working out, eating right, and spending time with my son and family, and doing the things I love. I also took an herbal supplement to help me sleep, villarien, and took another to calm my nerves, skullcap. Over a year, my anxiety gradually went away. I still have occasional anxiety, but it only lasts for a short time and it happens every few months or so.
I really hope this helps in some way. I know how devastating anxiety can be.
I have seen online pharmacies that sell xanax without a prescription but I wouldn’t trust them. Why not get a prescription? I personally take Klonapin for anxiety and I feel just fine. Very few panic attacks.
My friend did with Nardil…. has taken it for I think a year or 3/4 of a year now. Not free from medication, but greatly improved. Barely any anxiety, and that he does have, he can deal with. You can not buy it without a prescription.
Xanax is useful for anxiety and panic disorder but this is really for short term use. Usually the person also takes antidepressants to control the symptoms and also does therapy with it. It takes a while to get this in control and at times not fully controlled.
Xanax is a controlled substance as in the Philippines and need to be prescribed by physician.
I used to take high doses and still have panic attacks that would keep me frozen in my house. Thru therapy and slow reduction I will be totally off of my Valium in less than 2 months (tapering off because it is addictive) and I can control my panic now with breathing exercises and self talk. It has taken 17 years, and I am still Bi-polar (always will be), but I am better.
No you cannot get Valium,xanax in the US without a prescription (at least legally)
